This job will require a great attitude, strong marketing, sales, communication and customer service skills. Previous experiences in customer support and web marketing is required. Must be fluent in English. A knowledge about the European market or any additional languages will be considered as an asset.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service and Client retention through email, live chat and telephone
- Developing new markets within the assigned territory
- Handle/support contacts with local agencies, media, marketing companies for the market assigned
- Gather information on local market, competition, and regulatory situation for the market assigned
- Managing existing top-level client for the market assigned
- Create Marketing campaign within market assigned
- Recruiting new Clients to the company within established guidelines
Requirement:
- Must have customer support and Marketing work experiences
- Intermediate computer skills are mandatory
- Have previous experience in preparing business proposal
- Creating and managing promotions and programs to enhance retention and loyalty of existing referred clients
- Working well in a multicultural team environment
- Ability to proactively communicate and share knowledge
- Ability to learn quickly and be a team player
- Have the ability to present ideas and recommendations for business
Preferences:
- Have previous experience in similar roles
- Knowledge of any foreign country
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Photoshop
- Any additional languages or knowledge of any foreign country will be considered as an asset
